 IV.Wrecker Towing Truck Details

1. The upper carriage materials are all made of high-quality WISCO materials, and the stamping die is used for one-time stamping. It is the first in China. The assembly is cold stamped, and its strength, stiffness and flatness are much higher than the general pattern tiled structural panel formed by bending. The structural parts of the only obstacle removal vehicle in China are treated with cathodic electrophoresis to effectively ensure its anti-corrosion performance.

2. All hydraulic components are well-known brands at home and abroad, and there is no mixed loading of three or no products to ensure product quality.

3. The tilt cylinder is arranged on the inner side of the girder and supported on the same cross beam, with uniform load distribution, which greatly improves the service life of the whole vehicle: replaceable friction plate, rear landing help roller, smoother plate sliding, easy maintenance and low cost. 4. 5. The full hydraulic driving operation of the flat plate type obstacle clearing vehicle integrates various functions such as lifting, back loading, towing and pulling. The hydraulic oil pipe adopts high-pressure galvanized steel pipe, which has strong pressure resistance, good heat dissipation performance, beautiful and durable. The service life can be synchronized with the upper installation. The imported directional valve (Italy) is adopted and the installation mode is optimized to ensure the safe operation of the multi-channel directional valve under various service conditions. The inner wall of the oil cylinder is subject to the boring and polishing process. The inner wall of the cylinder is hard, wear-resistant and more smooth, and fully protects the seals; The piston rod (solid) is subject to heat treatment process, with high hardness and thick plating layer, which can easily deal with high-intensity operation; The imported sealing components (Stefan Series in Germany, Britain and Italy) are fully used, and the sealing combinations are adjusted according to different cylinder structures to achieve the stable working state of the cylinder.
