Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is the tail gas from oil and gas fields and petroleum distillation process and the by-product of chemical production. It is composed of a variety of hydrocarbons, mainly propane, butane, propylene, butene and other low molecular hydrocarbon mixture, also contains a small amount of impurities, commonly known as C 3 C 4. LPG, abbreviated as LPG, is a liquid mixture with propane (C3H8) and butane (C4H10) as the main components, which is gaseous at normal temperature and pressure, and is usually stored under pressure or low temperature, usually accompanied by a small amount of propylene (C3H6) and butene (C4H8), as well as a small amount of pentane (C5H12) and pentene (c5h10).
