Product Description

The wrecker towing truck vehicle is mainly composed of chassis, lifting device, lifting traction device, hydraulic system, electric control system, car body and toolbox. Main structure and working principle of flat bed one tow two wrecker

I. Power take off device

The power take-off device of flat bed one towing two wrekcer truck is composed of oil pump, power take-off device and flexible shaft cable. It is used to output automobile power to the oil pump and become hydraulic energy. Through the action of the handle installed in the truck cabin, the power take-off gear is connected or separated with the power take-off output gear in the car gearbox through the flexible shaft cable, so as to make the oil pump work or stop.

Note: when the truck is running, the power take-off tooth in the power take-off should be disconnected, and the oil pump does not work.

II.Hydraulic transmission mechanism

After the power take-off of the flat bed truck is engaged, the oil pump works and the high-pressure oil enters the multi-way directional valve. Various actions can be carried out by controlling different handles on the directional valve.

III. Traction system

High pressure oil drives hydraulic motor to drive winch. When the hydraulic motor works, the handle of the control valve is in the "put" position, and the steel wire rope can be automatically put out. Pull the handle of the control valve to the "put" position, and the vehicle can be towed or the steel wire rope can be put back.

IV. Lifting device

The bracket is divided into front bracket and rear bracket. The front bracket is sheathed at both ends of the swing arm and fixed with a spring pin. The rear bracket is inserted into the square hole of the front bracket and fixed with a pin. At the same time, the tire is locked with a fastening pull lock.

The supporting arm and lifting arm of the wrecker are all made of steel plates, which are formed by bending. CO2 automatic protection welding, only two welding seams are allowed, with less welding seam, small deformation, high precision and strength, and ultrasonic welding seam detection. Carbon dioxide shielded welding and argon arc welding are used in the welding of the wrecker. The length of the weld is more than 300 mm. Automatic welding is adopted to make the weld surface smooth and beautiful.
