1.Desciption
Milk transport trailer are also called fresh milk transport vehicles, milk tank vehicles and liquid food transport vehicles. The tank body is made of food-grade stainless steel plates. The outside of the tank body needs to be insulated to prevent the deterioration of fresh milk. The inside of the tank body needs to be smooth and clean without sharp corners. Generally, cip (cleaning device) needs to be added in each milk tank.
The refitting configuration of the fresh milk truck: the tank structure is divided into three layers: the thermal insulation layer, the thermal insulation layer and the tank inner liner.
1, The tank body liner of the frame is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel plate. The tank body can be made into 2-3 compartments. The tank body liner is required to be smooth and clean without sharp corners. Each milk tank plus cip (cleaning device) tank is equipped with a washer.
2, The middle of the tank is a thermal insulation layer, which has thermal insulation effect to prevent the deterioration of fresh milk. When the temperature difference is 30 degrees, the temperature change in 24 hours shall not exceed 1 degree. The thermal insulation material is 80 (mm) thick polyurethane foam material.
3, The outer layer of the tank (protective layer of the thermal insulation layer) is made of 2mm thick 304L stainless steel plate. The outer skin and trunk of stainless steel are beautiful, the whole car body is beautiful, the structure is scientific, the dead weight is light, and the strength is good.
4, Each single bin has separate discharge port (gravity port) and feeding port (tank port).
